Workshop: build a DS Plane

During weekend Thomas an me build up the new Payass for Thomas. It is a DS Plane for the fast DS circles. The last plane exploded after 6 circles in very good wind conditions. (100Km/h)

Men at work. We have build 7 batleths during wintertime. The different batleths are for fun, competition, show and easy gliding. The weights for the wings are different. The range is from 170 g to 300g.

First glitch free test with DX7 on Air

Today was my first flight with the new DX7 from Spectrum.
The idea was to test the system attached on my F5D batleth on ground and airborne.
I had two glitchfree flights.

I had to install the smaller receiver outside the fuselage, because two test's with the receiver inside the fuselage and reduced transmitting power (push the button on the backside of the transmitter) worked just for around 20 Meters well. The first two flights were done with one receiver attached on the upper side of the fuselage. Further tests will be done with the equipment installed inside.
